How to track my shipment?
- You will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to the courier service.
- Enter the number on the carrier's website to see the updated status.
- If you have any questions or the package does not arrive within the estimated time, please write to us immediately.
Estimated delivery times
- Mexico City and metropolitan area: 1 to 3 business days.
- Rest of the Republic: 3 to 5 business days.
Is there a problem with your package?
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it arrives with visible damage, please write to us within 24 hours. We will manage the claim directly with the courier service.
