At Tiempo Watch Store, we don't just sell watches; we also rescue them. Over time, we've developed an eye and a process for bringing seemingly lost pieces back to life, and we offer that same service to you.
If you have a watch that has stopped working, needs maintenance, or you simply want to restore, tell us about it. We evaluate each case individually to determine if we can help and what the process would be.
What type of watches do we service?
We specialize in mechanical and automatic movement watches, especially vintage pieces. Some examples of what we can repair:
- Watches that no longer wind or start
- Pieces with broken or scratched crystals
- Watches that lose or gain time
- Preventive maintenance and movement cleaning
- Strap or bracelet replacement
Not every watch can be restored, and it's not always economically worthwhile to do so. That's why our first response will always be an honest, no-obligation assessment.
How does it work?
- Write to us with photos of your watch and a description of the problem.
- We will respond with our assessment: if we can help and what the process involves.
- If you decide to proceed, we will coordinate the shipment of the watch to our facilities.
- Once reviewed, we will provide a final quote before proceeding.
- Once the quote is approved, we will perform the work and return it to you.
