We want your watch to arrive in perfect condition and on time. Here you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
How to place an order
- Choose the watch you want from our store.
- Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- You will receive an order confirmation email instantly.
- Once your package is ready, we will send you another email with your tracking number.
Domestic shipping
- Free shipping on purchases over $2,400 MXN.
- For smaller purchases, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Mexico City and metropolitan area: 1 to 3 business days.
- Rest of Mexico: 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
International shipping
We ship outside of Mexico. The cost is calculated according to the shipping company's quote based on destination and package weight.
- The international shipping cost does not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees of the destination country. These expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
- To find out the exact cost before your purchase, contact us with your address and we will provide a quote without obligation.
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and layaway plans. To pay for your new watch with your vintage piece, consult Trade-in Program. To reserve your watch with an initial payment, consult Watch Layaway.
Packaging
Every watch leaves our facilities carefully packaged with additional protection and included shipping insurance. Your watch arrives as if you had just seen it in a display case.
